About Us

Home Of Nula™ was founded by Tebogo Moraka in May 2020. Our name originates from the word “Alkebulan”, which is the original name for “Africa” that means “Mother of mankind”.

In honour of the birthplace of humankind, it was fitting that a truly African wellness platform would emanate across the world as we are all one diverse species with our roots in Africa. Inspired by the authentic spirit, indigenous wisdom and vastness of Africa, our consciously curated wellness treasures balance the best of Mother Nature and Science to honour, nurture and preserve your precious mind, skin, body and spaces.

 

Our Foundation

Tebogo grew up with several conditions such as extremely sensitive and reactive skin, hyperosmia and generalized anxiety disorder, which made it quite the task for her to find personal care products and services that genuinely work well together in support of her mind, body and environment in a healthy and sustainable  manner.

As the demands of daily life increased for her, she developed a deep level of appreciation for convenience when sourcing her personal care products and services, and that is how - through her own journey - she sought to create a platform for convenient holistic solutions that are backed by science and are worth sharing with others through Home Of Nula™.

Home of Nula Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

You may return the unused portion to us for a refund or exchange by mail.

An email is to be sent to info@homeofnula.com with image(s), the reason for the return, as well as the proof of purchase attached. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item also needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you via the original method of payment or alternatively preferred method.

You will receive the credit within 3 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
