Mashudu is a social entrepreneur that is in the business of of transforming, empowering and raising consciousness of people. She has been in the mining industry (gold, coal, diamond, platinum and heavy minerals sands) for over 19 years, and has participated in several development programmes during her tenure in the mining industry, which have contributed significantly to her development. She has also participated in Women-In-Mining initiatives and has been a speaker in engineering conferences, a facilitator in workshops and is also involved in philanthropy work.
